1. Production begins when order is placed. Please allow 5-7 days before order is shipped out. For any reasons orders are not shipped after the 5-7 business day time frame customers will be notified.

2. Our body creams are all natural butters, temperatures may affect the texture of the product. 

​

3. Due to our products ingredients being all natural, returns are not accepted. However, please contact our customer service department at lulamaesorganix@gmail.com if you have any concerns.

4. Bath teas sold in the Mood Bath Boxes are X-Large, bath teas sold in collections are medium sized.

 

5. Items are shipped via USPS because of this orders are only shipped out Monday- Wednesday.

6. It takes 5 days for our Soy candles to curate please keep this in mind when placing your order.

​

7. During summer months orders are shipped with a small leak-proof ice pak to help prevent butter from melting.
